Ruth was married to Archie Warren Beard and they had three children their son Bill to continue the Beard family name and two daughters Vera and Mable before Archie died in 1916 WWI. Mable the youngest of the Beard family married Lou Fountain and they had two daughters the Fountain family daughters where Ruth and sister Barbara. Barbara married Fred Holman and The Holman Family consisted of  two sons Joseph and Stewart.
